UV CIPP Projects

 

Mini Basin 39C3 – Sanitary Sewer Rehab – Knoxville Utility Board (KUB)

In 2015, PUCC completed 9200 LF of 8” & 12” CIPP and 3300 LF of pipe bursting with 8” DIPS DR 17 HDPE pipe, along with 127 each service lateral replacements for the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB).  The project called Mini Basin 39C3 – Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation was one of several project completed by PUCC as part of KUB’s ongoing Pace 10 sanitary sewer rehabilitation program.  PUCC has maintained an office in Knoxville since 2008.

 

Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation – City of Johnson City, Tennessee

In 2014, PUCC performed UV CIPP lining and open cut of 3,500 LF of 8” sewer main, along with 55 Lateral Top hats.

 

Loves Creek - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation – Knoxville Utility Board  (KUB)

In 2015, PUCC lined 2115 LF of 18” sewer main with 18” UV CIPP. The project called Loves Creek – Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation was one of several project completed by PUCC as part of KUB’s ongoing Pace 10 sanitary sewer rehabilitation program.  PUCC has maintained an office in Knoxville since 2008.

 

Pipe Bursting Projects

Sanitary Sewer Replacement by Sliplining/Pipe Bursting – 4257-137 – City of Houston, Texas

In 2015, PUCC replaced over 100,000 LF of sewer main by the pipe bursting with  8”, 10”, & 12” DIPS DR 17 HDPE pipe, along with over 3000 service lateral replacements for the city of Houston.  The project was one of several projects completed over the last five years by PUCC as port of the City of Houston’s ongoing sanitary rehabilitation program.  PUCC has maintained an office in Houston since 2009.

 

Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation WWTP4 Contract C – City of Morristown, Tennessee

In 2015, PUCC replaced over 30,000 LF of sewer main by pipe bursting with 8” DIPS DR 17 HDPE pipe.  The project was one of several projects completed as part of Morristown’s ongoing sanitary sewer rehabilitation program.

 

Mini Basin 15A1 – Sanitary Sewer & Water Rehab – Knoxville Utility Board (KUB)

In 2015, PUCC completed 10,000 LF of pipe bursting with 8” DIPS DR 17 HDPE pipe, along 3,500 LF of 2” & 8” water main installation for the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB).  The project called Mini Basin 15A1 – Sanitary Sewer & Water Rehabilitation was one of several project completed by PUCC as part of KUB’s ongoing Pace 10 sanitary sewer rehabilitation program.  PUCC has maintained an office in Knoxville since 2008.

 

Water System Replacement & Rehabilitation – City or Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina

In 2015, PUCC replaced 10,000 LF of water main by pipe bursting with 10,000 LF of 6” DR 18 Fusible PVC pipe by Underground Solutions along with 117 water service connections.  The project was designed by Hazen & Sawyer Engineers.

 

One Mile Branch Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation – City of Lexington, Tenneseee

In 2015, PUCC replaced 3,800 LF of 12” sewer main by pipe bursting with 20” DIPS DR 17 & DR 11 HDPE pipe, along with one Siphon Sewer System under One Mile Branch Creek.  The project was designed by Water Management Engineers.

 

 

Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study (SSES) Projects

 

Portland Sewer Rehab – City of Portland, Tennessee

In 2014, PUCC was awarded the Portland Sewer Rehab project.  The project consisted of smoke testing 65,000 LF of 8”, 10”, & 12” sewer and providing CCTV Inspection of 30,000 LF of 8”, 10”, & 12” sewer, along with 115 manhole inspections.  Data collected was submitted to Jacobs Engineering for review and design of future rehabilitation construction to be performed by PUCC in 2015 and 2016.

 

Crossville SSES

In 2014, PUCC contracted with GRW Engineers to assist in the Crossville SSES.  The project consisted of 10,000 LF of smoke testing and 8,000 LF of CCTV inspection.  Data was submitted to GRW Engineers for review and design of sanitary sewer rehabilitation project to be performed under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
